After a few more days of using the dbrand skin on my pixel XL, I started putting my old cheap case back on: Google Pixel XL Case, CHOETECH Soft Flexible TPU Protective Case. It simply gives my phone a more protected feeling. The good thing is that it fits right over the dbrand skin. The bad thing is that with the skin on underneath, the buttons need more pressure in order to engage. Don't get me wrong. The dbrand skin still feels better than the naked Pixel XL glass back that is so slippery. For anyone interested, the TPU case that I'm using is not currently available on Amazon where I originally bought it. You can see a picture of this case below. I also figured out it's not a good idea to keep putting that case on and off while the dbrand skin is on. It started making the corners of the dbrand skin peel off.
