Weak Signal Galaxy S10+

So I bought a used Galaxy S10 plus as an upgrade to my Note 8. And I come to find out that the cellular radio in the S10 plus has issues with having a weak signal. My note 8 is noticeably better at getting a signal which is apparent where I work. This is really disappointing and I'm finding that there might not be a good solution. You can check your signal strength on your phone by going into settings, about phone, status, SIM card status. On my Note 8, the signal strength is -97 dBm. On the S10 plus, it is -109 dBm. A number closer to zero is a better signal. After searching around some more, I also am seeing that the Note 10 plus can have the same issue which was my other choice for a used phone. Now I'm kind of stuck, since I don't really like iPhones or iOS. I wanted to stick with Samsung as I've finally come to like their software over the years. I like Pixels but I really think Google dropped the ball on those devices. Not sure what I'm going to do yet as I don't really want to take a chance on a used Note 10 plus and find out it has the same issue. And I certainly don't want to pay the prices that are being asked right now for a new S20. Here's a couple of links showing others complaining about the same issue: Verizon Wireless forum post Android Authority forum post Other than the weak signal, I really like this S10 plus. But a signal issue is a pretty darn big issue.
