Tallio is a personal finance tracker for manually recording bank and credit card signup bonuses, account balances, assets and debts, subscriptions and bills, a pipeline of bonus offers you're considering, contacts, and activity/billing history. You type in your own numbers — Tallio never connects to your bank, brokerage, or credit card accounts, and never asks for your banking login credentials. There is no account-linking or automatic transaction-import feature of any kind, so there is nothing of that sort to leak even in the event of a breach.
Signing in uses Google Sign-In. This gives Tallio your Google account's name and email address, used only to identify your account and keep your data private to you. Tallio never reads or stores your Google profile photo.
Everything you enter in the app — bank and credit card bonus details, account balances, assets and debts, subscriptions, bonus prospects, contacts, and activity/billing history — is stored under your account in Google Cloud Firestore. This is only the information you type into the app; Tallio does not read, scrape, or import data from any other source.
Your data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore (United States) and is only accessible to your own signed-in account — access rules enforced on the database itself restrict every read and write to the account that owns it. Tallio does not sell, share, or otherwise provide access to your data to any third party, for advertising or any other purpose.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app: Settings → Delete Account. This immediately and permanently deletes every record you've entered — bank and credit card bonuses, net worth, bills, contacts, and activity history — along with your sign-in account itself. Nothing is retained afterward. This cannot be undone.
If you no longer have the app installed, or can't sign in, email hammisphere@gmail.com with the subject "Delete My Tallio Data" from the email address associated with your account. Your data will be fully deleted, with nothing retained, within 30 days of that request.
You can also delete any individual item — a single bank or credit card bonus, asset, debt, bill, contact, or any other entry — at any time from within the app, using that item's own delete option, without deleting your account or anything else.
This app contains no behavioral analytics, usage tracking, or advertising SDKs of any kind — Tallio does not track what you tap, how you use the app, or build any profile of your activity.
Tallio does use Firebase Crashlytics solely to receive crash reports when the app encounters an error, so problems can be found and fixed. This is limited to technical diagnostic information — device model, operating system version, app version, and a stack trace of where the error occurred — and is not linked to your name, email, or anything you've entered in the app.
